Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Independent Handyman to join our team and represent Nandail Property Management. In this role, you will be essential in delivering exceptional handyman services to our clients and customers in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- General Carpentry: Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks.
- Bathroom Upgrades/Remodels: Enhance and remodel bathrooms to meet client specifications.
- Kitchen Refresh/Remodels: Update and improve kitchen spaces.
- Painting: Conduct interior and exterior painting projects.
- Drywall Repair: Execute drywall repair, patching, and caulking.
- Minor Plumbing and Electrical Work: Carry out basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Flooring: Manage flooring repair and installation.
- General Home Repairs: Address various handyman tasks and maintenance work.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a handyman in residential or commercial settings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
- High attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent (not mandatory).
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- A contractor or journeyman license is advantageous.
