We're thrilled to be expanding our presence in Plainfield, IN, and we invite you to be a part of this exciting journey as we introduce a part-time workforce.As a Part Time Fulfillment Center Associate, you will be assigned to diverse responsibilities including, but not limited to, picking, packing, quality control, processing items, binning, and dock work. Your role involves collaborating with a dynamic team to accomplish network goals, while independently meeting specific targets in various areas such as scanning and organizing inventory, facilitating exchanges, racking clothing, boxing jewelry, and contributing to special projects within our warehouse environment. The position demands a balance of individual accountability and teamwork, providing you with a comprehensive experience in warehouse operations.*YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT STITCH FIX BECAUSE...** Pay starts at $16.50 per hour with $.50 increases every 6 months for the first 2 years, with an additional increase to $19.25 after 3 years of service.* Schedule: *Monday - Friday 7:00am to 11:00am, Monday-Friday 11:30am to 3:30pm, Monday, Tuesday and Saturday 7:00am to 3:30pm, or Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. ** Temperature controlled warehouse* An amazing work environment with free snacks/beverages and fun monthly events* You'll receive on the job training and development.* You will join a culture where we welcome, appreciate, and expect your feedback and unique point of view!* You are curious and love to find creative ways to do things better and more effectively for our Clients.* You will have the opportunity to change the way people get dressed so they can show up to the world as their most confident self. *REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE…** This is a physically demanding role - you'll be on your feet your entire shift walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds which keeps your body in constant motion. You must be energized by being in action! * You are able to have hand movement your entire shift. * To ensure efficient and safe operations are maintained, we require that all employees are able to read, speak, and understand English.* You are at least 18 years old.* You are safety conscious and able to perform your role in a safe manner* You are incredibly reliable & responsible.
