It is the responsibility of the Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the shop including lunchrooms, conference rooms, and offices in the shop. This involves cleaning bathrooms and keeping them stocked with paper products, emptying trash, dusting office areas, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning lunch rooms, ordering supplies, and other tasks. Job Duties: Using cleaning supplies maintain restrooms in a clean and orderly fashion; Ensure that offices are cleaned and mopped to reduce dust in office areas; Clean breakrooms/lunch rooms; Monitor supplies, restock and order as needed; Job Requirements: High school diploma/GED preferred Must be able to lift 50 pounds for supply restocking Exposed to hot and cold as the job requires travel between our buildings. Hours are Monday through Friday - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
