This is accomplished by utilizing electrical and mechanical expertise in the precise design, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of plant systems and equipment followed by concise and accurate documentation of all activities and observations. The industrial controls technician works closely with all plant personnel to support improved electrical, electronic, and computerized control system reliability as well as efficient and cost-effective use of plant resources.Job Duties:1. Apply industrial maintenance skills and knowledge to design, install, program, operate, maintain, and repair plant electrical, electronic, and computerized control systems.2. Monitor and record system performance and make adjustments to assure the safe and efficient operation of plant electrical, electronic, and computerized control systems.3. Initiate and perform condition monitoring tasks including preventive and predictive maintenance.4. Troubleshoot equipment failures to ascertain possible failure modes and participate with operations, plant engineering, suppliers, and other associates to improve equipment reliability.5. Utilize the company's Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) and supports its use as a key management information tool.6. Recommend, develop, and implement system modifications to improve equipment operations and provide for attainment of plant and department goals.7. Provide direction and training for less skilled maintenance personnel and machine operators.Qualifications:• Must be 18 years old• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays• Must be authorized to work in the United States• Associate's degree in industrial Electronics/ Electrical Maintenance• 2 years of technical experience designing, programming, operating, and maintaining industrial control systems.recblid jl9ny0cfz3oxqymdz483w5px36k9dx
