SummaryEmployee is responsible for additional cleaning responsibilities as specified by warehouse manager. Employee will maintain and submit a record of hours worked. Provide for minor maintenance and repair of facility equipment, including but not limited to painting, maintenance of landscaping, etc. as necessary to maintain a safe and aesthetic appearance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuumingPerform floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishingFollow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelinesReport any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as neededGrass and tree/shrub trimming, weeding, clean up, etc.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are listed below:Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferredCitizen of the United StatesMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.Ability to provide own transportation to and from Dearing Compressor's Youngstown, Ohio locationEducation and/or Experience Six months - one year related experience and/or trainingLanguage Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
