They are looking for Industrial Electricians, in this position they will need you to install, troubleshoot and repair high, medium, and low voltage electrical systems, sensors, AC/DC motors, starters and drives, and PLC hardware and programming. You will also need to have basic mechanical and hydraulic knowledge.As an electrician with this company your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, upgrading, designing, and installing equipment.This teammate will assist with process improvements and will provide customer service/support for operations. A major emphasis for this role will be improving predictive and preventive maintenance, while reducing reactive. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within the company; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards always.They will have an outlined training program in place, starting with a safety training program, as safety is something they take very seriously, most training will be on-the-job, but they need candidates with a strong electrical base. Must have knowledge of OHM's Law and Kirchoff's current/voltage laws, basic discussion of solid-state devices, and so on.Looking for future leaders who are independent thinkers, with well-developed leadership skills, and a collaborative, team orientated mindset. They do not rotate between days and nights at this facility, and they currently have at least 1 night shift role.Pay is base + bonus that is based on production and team performance.
