Job Responsibilities and Expectations: - Install, commission, and maintain power, instrumentation, process controls, and, SCADA equipment
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on power, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting of power and control systems.
- Coordinate repair, testing, and installation of power and control systems.
- Mechanical and Electrical installations.
- Rigid, EMT, PVC coated rigid conduit.
- Service, feeders, and branch circuits.
- Controls, fiber, and network cabling.
- Stainless tubing and instrumentation.
- Service equipment, MCC, panelboards
Minimum Qualifications to qualify for consideration, you must meet one of the following minimum qualifications and requirements:
- Master Electrician, Journeyman Electrician, or Apprentice Electrician is a plus but not a requirement.
- Field experience in the industrial field with power and control systems.
- Understanding of electrical schematics and controls.
- Self motivated individual - able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team oriented, flexible and willing to assist in other technical disciplines.
- Hand and power tool capabilities.
- Willingness to be hands-on and work in the field alongside our engineers and field technicians.
- Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate in English via verbal and written methods and be comfortable and effective doing so directly to customers and co-workers.
Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, drive regularly, with or without reasonable accommodationsShould be able to pass a fit for duty physical exam when required Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and periodic, unannounced random drug tests. Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check. Must have a valid driver's license, and currently have and be able to maintain a good driving record.
