Job Description:
Job DescriptionA rapidly growing OEM manufacturer is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join their team. This role requires a professional adept at wiring industrial components in compliance with electrical codes and capable of interpreting wiring schematics to execute tasks efficiently. While most wiring work will take place at the production facility, business travel will be necessary to assist with on-site product commissioning. Experience with PLCs for troubleshooting is advantageous, and familiarity with wiring industrial plants such as asphalt plants, crushers, or screens is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and analyze electrical and mechanical blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine job requirements.
  • Install and connect electrical and electronic control systems, ensuring proper insulation and adherence to safety standards.
  • Link electrical equipment to power supplies, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Construct and maintain electrical substations and panels.
  • Perform emergency repair work and promptly address power supply issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve power-related challenges effectively.
  • Provide support for electrical installations and commissioning, both remotely and on-site.
Qualifications:
  • Certification as an electrician is preferred, though equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Prior experience in industrial electrical work is strongly preferred.
  • Background in large OEM equipment, such as asphalt plants, is highly valued
  • Solid technical, mechanical, and electrical aptitude.
  • Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for job assignments.
