Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our Manufacturing Facility based in Muscle Shoals, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering concepts, practices and procedures and can development and implement production process design for automotive lighting manufacturing. NAL will provide relocation assistance to anyone outside of the area.
Your Priorities
While working within the fast paced, automotive environment, you will perform work measurement and methods analysis using MOST to support design, new production launch, and cost reduction activities
Maintain standard routings, operation rates, and work center details through the engineering change process
Assists manufacturing and engineering in understanding methods and rates as well as in identifying potential causes that lead to low productivity, low utilization of labor or equipment, and/or missed shipments
Your Background
BS in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline plus 0 to 4 years of engineering experience in a process related position
Certification in Basic Manual MOST is preferred)
