Responsibilities:

• Managing expedited deliveries through manufacturing
• Notify production and shipping managers of scheduled and unscheduled customer needs for a positive outcome
• Foresee and influence capacity planning between manufacturing and supply chain
• Provide project scheduling to supply chain, manufacturing, and field operations
• Coordinate RMA to Sales order communications
• Drive consistent on-time delivery throughout the organization
• Enter data from sales and operations communications in Gannt chart
• Foresee and influence capacity planning between manufacturing and supply chain
• Notify departments of milestones and drive capacity planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
• Knowledge of MS Projects
• Internship experience
• Experience with forecasting and planning
