Lead the implementation of new product development, including maintenance and optimization of production systems. Accountability from industrial prototype to serial production.The position is based in Winsted, MN, reporting to the Industrial Engineering & Quality Manager.Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.What you will doAs an Industrial Engineer you will:* Build and secure technical capabilities in respect of early management, core manufacturing technologies, technical master data management (e.g. mBoM [Manufacturing Bill of Material], routing, workflow) and project management (with focus on product industrialization and transfer)* Lead product transfers (new or core) in the factory, not only documenting, but improving the whole process. Quality, takt time, and factory costs are critical.* Lead product introductions through the identification of the necessary stakeholders, language translation, training, and documentation.* Quality requirements to be built-in to the process.
