Responsibilities:
  • Paint Preparation: Mix paint to perfection before beginning the painting process.
  • Surface Preparation: Prep, mask, and paint equipment according to specifications, ensuring flawless finishes.
  • Material Tracking: Keep track of paint and material usage to maintain efficiency.
  • Adherence to Procedure: Follow work orders diligently and perform other assigned duties as per the procedure.
  • Vehicle Care: Perform thorough wash and detailing services on equipment, leaving no surface untouched.
  • Surface Restoration: Remove dirt, stains, and debris from vehicle surfaces, restoring them to their former glory.
  • Quality Inspection: Inspect vehicles for any damage or defects, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area for optimal efficiency.
  • Chassis Check-In: Complete chassis check-in, taking photos and documenting any damage.
  • Finishing Touches: Place manufacturer decals on units and install toolboxes, straps, lights, fenders, tires, and all DOT-required safety components.
Qualifications:
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is essential. CDL or DOT Medical Card is a plus.
  • Experience: Proficiency in auto painting and using hand tools and power tools for repair work.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Demonstrates the ability to work independently, taking initiative to identify and address challenges effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Physical Requirements:
  • Mobility: Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach.
  • Strength: Must be able to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
  • Accessibility: Must be able to enter and exit various vehicles without assistance.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong focus on adhering to established processes and procedures, consistently striving for efficiency and improvement.
