As an Industrial Janitor, you will be part of the Facilities team supporting the production and maintenance departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Job Title: Industrial Janitor

Location: Hendersonville NC

Pay Range: $15.00

What's the Job?

• Clean and sanitize production areas, restrooms, and break rooms
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Assist with special projects, such as deep cleaning and organizing
• Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents

What's Needed?

• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers and vacuums
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
