What type of Career does a Tech 1 position lead to? Within the Tech class of positions, you can qualify quickly to step up to Tech Levels 2 & 3, each coming with a pay increase. What are the Qualifications for the Tech 1 position?
- TWIC Card: (Transportation Worker Identification Credential background check)
- RSO (Refinery Safety Overview- 20 hours) Note- If you don't have a TWIC Card and/or RSO, we will help you to get them
- Physically Fit for physical work requirements (and Respirator Fit Test)
- Onboarding and Random Drug Testing
