Currently we specialize in the casting of iron ductile pipes that range from 3 to 24 in diameter.Job Description
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
- Inspect electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
- If applicable; Must complete all required Environmental training specific to this job
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Preferred: 2+ years of previous industrial electrical experience working in a manufacturing/warehouse, military, or related environment.
- Must be able to interact with all personnel levels, follow all work directives and safety procedures.
- Must work with others in a professional, respectful manner
- Ability to read policies and procedures; most of which are in English. Must be able to read and communicate moderately in English.
