About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Toyota Kentucky. As a key member of our General Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment, including testing, repairing, and replacing components as needed.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders and repair records.Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.Requirements 2-year associate's degree in a related field and 1 year of industrial maintenance experience, or 3 years of industrial maintenance/military experience.Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, with experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.Technical skills in PLCs, computers, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, motion/motor control, welding, and machining.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work any shift, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.What We Offer A competitive hourly rate of $44.20, with a $1.50 hourly shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts.A bi-yearly bonus opportunity.Professional growth and development programs, including tuition reimbursement.Excellent healthcare and wellness plans for you and your family.Paid holidays and paid time off.A work environment built on teamwork, flexibility, and respect.About Toyota Kentucky At Toyota Kentucky, we are committed to creating a workplace that values diversity, inclusion, and respect for all employees.
