Spherion Staffing is accepting applications for an experienced full time Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturer in Olney, TX. We are looking for a skilled technician to oversee the installation and maintenance of industrial equipment to ensure smooth operation. Pay range is between $20.00 - $25.00/hr depending on experience.Responsibilities:Installing new equipment, performing regular services and maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdownsBoosts production by ensuring all production equipment functions correctly and receives regular maintenanceReading and interpreting engineering blueprintsInstalling new production equipmentServicing and maintaining equipment including motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems, and production-related equipmentInspecting and assessing the functionality of production machinesTroubleshooting mechanical breakdownsAdjusting mechanical parts using hand and machine toolsFabricating parts for repairs and machine upgradesConducting routine maintenance and safety checksCommunicating with the production team and maintaining a clean work areaPreparing and submitting maintenance reportsWorking hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMSkills:- Excellent troubleshooting skills- Good time-management skillsEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and overall mechanical aptitude- Mechanical experience and knowledge of industrial machineryPlease register at www.spherion.com/apply.
