Responsibilities:
- Perform process and production maintenance throughout the facility, including equipment breakdowns, installation, and startups.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs and continuous improvement activities to increase machine reliability.
- Respond efficiently to urgent production needs related to equipment.
- Read and understand diagrams, operation manuals, and specifications to repair, replace, and install mechanical equipment.
- Utilize CMMS to support the maintenance function and execute scheduled/unscheduled work.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures, maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure product quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years' experience in industrial operations, maintenance, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior training in OSHA 10 Hour, HAZMAT, and electrical systems is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly talk and hear, stand and walk, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required.
- Exposure to a noisy environment that varies in temperature.
