Industrial Maintenance Technician Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent company in the Joplin MO area, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team! Pay: Based on experience. Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical maintenance preferred. •Proven experience as a maintenance technician, with a focus on electrical systems. •Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting. •Familiarity with mechanical maintenance, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems. •Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics. •Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. •Strong communication and teamwork abilities. •Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Industrial Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repair on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime. Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts. Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
