As part of your job, you will have to complete all maintenance functions including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment, while promoting and practicing safety at all times, and contributing to the continuous improvement of plant equipment by finding ways to eliminate unscheduled downtime and improve efficiency. You will be responsible for:Maintaining and repairing all production equipment and industrial facilityWorking independently and as a team memberAssisting production in manufacturing on an as-needed basisUpdating and maintaining accurate maintenance recordsMaintaining work area in 5S conditionQualificationsTo perform your job as expected, you will be required to:Have a high school diploma or GEDHave 3-4 years related experience and/or training in an industrial maintenance environmentDemonstrate mechanical and electrical skillsHave excellent written, reading comprehension, and math skillsExhibit the ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formDemonstrate ability to read and understand blueprints and/or schematic drawings to determine the proper work procedures and assembly requirementsHave direct knowledge of how to troubleshoot, repair and maintain pumps, mixers, and processing equipmentBe able to lift up to 50 lbsIn addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:Problem-solving skillsConduit bending, stick welding, mig welding and tig weldingCutting torch and pipe threadingPrevious experience within the Ink IndustryAdditional InformationWe offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pet insurance, HSA and FSA, 401(k), and more.
