Industrial Maintenance Technician Lead-Job Summary
As a Maintenance Lead you will be responsible for managing the Maintenance Technicians in maintaining proper functioning of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned) on production and plant equipment.
Industrial Maintenance Technician Lead- Responsibilities
- You will perform troubleshooting on Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and AC/DC drive systems.
- You will be on call for emergency repairs in breakdown situations as necessary.
- You will be able to accurately read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- You will perform preventative maintenance (i.e., conducting computerized preventative maintenance check-ups or reading SPC charts and data) as needed.
- You will ensure proper function of the line manufacturing support systems (line/lube delivery, resin delivery, process systems, operational support.)
- You will maintain communication with other departments, management, and employees; notifying them of problems and/or concerns that may restrict production efficiency.
- You will coordinate and perform repairs on equipment as necessary.

Position Type
- Full time
- Overtime expected per business demand.
Shift
- 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday
- Weekends and overtime as needed
Industrial Maintenance Technician Lead- Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Associate's or Technical School Degree in Mechanics, Electrical, Computer Science, preferred.
