Industrial Millwright Mechanic
: Job Details :

- Experience with hydraulic systems, pumps, alignments, bearing replacements, pipefitting and rigging - Perform layouts, measurements, fabrication, installation and repair - Adhere to safety standards - Attend all training, safety meetings, and verify that all safety concerns are addressed- Uphold safety standards- Attend the training and meet the required benchmarks - Perform preventative maintenance work according to precision maintenance standards - Work independently on routine assignments - Follow drawings, sketches, instructions, procedures and accepted practices- Provide all required documentation, time confirmations and feedback when the job has been completed.- Assist Maintenance technicians on new installations or repairs- Assist with on-the-job training of apprentices in correct procedure and methods, and assist other areas as needed- Serve as a member of the Industrial Fire Team to mitigate risk and escalation of fires within the facility - Refer problems or concerns to supervisor when acceptable repairs cannot be completed- Assignments and duties may vary at times- Other duties as assignedJob Requirements- Millwrighting, pipefitting and welding skills- Ability to read and interpret documents including: safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals- Write routine reports - Ability to perform basic math functions- Good problem solving skills
