Empire Coating Inc is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be integral to supporting our production operation. - Precise application of paint products, adhering to customer and QMS specifications.
- Adherence to standard work, training guides, and procedures to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Proficient use of industrial paint equipment and various hand tools.
- Routine maintenance and cleaning of spray guns and related equipment.
- Reporting any inconsistencies or defects in material, product, or equipment.
- Fostering a positive work environment by collaborating effectively with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
- Supporting the company in meeting its Quality & Safety objectives.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in industrial painting and/or powder coating.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with co-workers and supervisors.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
Shift:
- Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

- This role is based in the State of New York which requires the disclosure of salary ranges. The expected salary range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00 per hour. Empire Coating Inc provides salary ranges as a good faith estimate of what the company reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of posting. Compensation offered to a selected candidate may vary based on factors such as (but not limited to) a candidate's job-related qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
