Our client in Auburn is looking for a customer-focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join their team as an Industrial Parts Counter Representative. Pay: $20 - $22 per hour, based on experience
Location: Lewiston, Maine
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p

- Assisting customers by phone and in person at the facility
- Using customer service skills to clarify needs, research, and recommend parts
- Focusing on monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction
- Processing quotes, taking orders, and providing post-order service
- Handling orders, assisting customers with part identification and sales
