Essential Functions and Responsibilities to ensure the quality and safety of the product will include, but not be limited to:Maintain all aspects of the Preventative Maintenance program including but not limited to keeping track of the list of Phoenix Formulations equipment, preventative maintenance completion, recording work orders and calibrations.Record parts or materials used and work with Maintenance Director to order or requisition new parts or materials as necessary.Develop and maintain organization to the maintenance shop so that parts and supplies can be located and inventoried quickly and efficiently.Assist the Department Director with training of all department personnel on SOP'sReports to work regularly and onPerform duties safely and reports unsafe conditions orAssists in other duties as needed andMinimum Qualifications: Education and/or Experience - 2 years of industrial maintenance experienceLanguage Skills - Must be able to read and comprehend detailed instructions, effectively communicate highly technical concepts and terms in writing and in conversation in EnglishComputer Skills - Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft® Windows®, Microsoft Office programs.Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Should have mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance; knowledge of engineering and technology, production and processing including quality control, costs, and raw materials.Should have working knowledge of mathematics and theirShould be skilled in equipment maintenance, repairs, operation monitoring, troubleshooting, controlling operations of equipment or systems, quality control analysis, critical thinking, and equipmentShould have problem sensitivity and information ordering skiWe pay for Medical and offer: Dental, Vision, Life, 401K Company Match, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, and more!Disclaimer: This job description is only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks, and duties.
