Commercial Property Manager with Industrial Real Estate experience needed in Medly Miami area
Portfolio includes warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers. The Property Manager will be responsible for tenant relations, facility maintenance, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
Tenant Management:Facility Maintenance and OperationsFinancial Management:Leasing and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to attract new industrial tenants and retain existing ones.Legal and Regulatory Compliance:Manage all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance related to the portfolio.Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing commercial real estate properties.
- Certifications: Property management certification (CPM, RPA, etc.) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and lease agreements.
