This is an Onsite Position where employees will be asked to work from Office Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Actively seek and acquire new clients in the industrial staffing industry by identifying business opportunities, networking, and building relationships.Collaborate with potential clients to understand their workforce requirements and staffing needs.Develop and execute strategies to expand accounts and increase business opportunities.Work closely with our recruiting team to match client requirements with suitable candidates, ensuring high-quality placements.Continuously engage with clients to ensure their staffing needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential client needs and opportunities for growth.Qualifications
Ability to build new connections to quickly bring in new clients and opportunities.Ability to travel to potential clients and existing client offices to spread word of mouth; business growth is a must.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.We Offer Excellent Benefits
