Job Description:

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions via remote communication channels. Provide remote technical assistance to field technicians and customers via preventive maintenance
  • Interpret remote monitoring data to generate reports, highlighting equipment health, trends, and maintenance recommendations
  • Deliver proactive supervision based on cloud-based digital remote monitoring tools and analytics software that optimize availability of customer's connected assets
  • Coordinate remote and on-site activities to optimize maintenance schedules and resources. Collect feedback from on-site visits to check accuracy of prediction
  • Jointly work with data analysts to interpret data patterns and understand the underlying causes in the installations of the customer. Contribute to the enhancement of remote monitoring tools and digital products
  • Develop content structure for recommendation database that makes best in class troubleshooting procedures available
  • Liaise with other teams within the organization, including service and engineering, to exchange knowledge and ensure client requirements are met
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the proper use of digital tools for proactive maintenance

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Apprenticeship as a Mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with professional experience
  • Working experience: Multiple years' experience as a (field) service engineer, ideally for industrial heating and refrigeration technologies
  • Driving license and willingness to travel: a valid class 3 driving license is required, as is a willingness to work on customer assignments nationwide (est. 10% travel time)
  • Technical knowledge: You should have knowledge of measurement, control and regulation technology. Good user knowledge of MS Office is also important.
  • Language skills: good English skills
