Industrial Services Crew Supervisor

HPC Industrial, Powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. This includes responsibility over proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site and ensuring accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion.

The Industrial Services Crew Supervisor will ensure health and safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes. The supervisor will also oversee equipment inspection, conduct equipment maintenance, train technicians, lead safety meetings, and enforce company policies. Additionally, the supervisor will manage project related vendors and review all job-related documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial emergency response, Hazmat clean-up, confined space entry
• Valid Driver's license
• Ability to work in confined spaces for periods of time
• Ability to manage project related vendors
• Ability to be on-call for emergency response situations
• Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month
