Industrial Systems Engineer - Reading, PAWe have an immediate opening for an Industrial System Engineer. The Industrial Systems Engineer will lead operations-side planning and deployment for an ongoing ERP & IoT upgrade/launch project. After completion, the role will shift to maintaining, iterating, and reimagining new operations systems. The position requires a strong engineering background and systems experience, critical to enhancing operational efficiency and supporting global manufacturing processes. - Lead operations functions on Project Keystone core team. Plan, coordinate, and execute the upgrade of ERP and implementation of IoT platforms globally.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Evaluate organizational handoffs within systems and processes to identify and close gaps.
- Work closely with key departmental leaders within the organization to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure end-users are proficient with new system functionality.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configuration, processes, and project developments.
- Stay current on new and emerging technologies in ERP/IoT/MES platforms to drive ongoing improvements.
- Compliance and Standards: ensure all upgrades meet industry standards and comply with internal and external requirements

- Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. A master's degree is preferred but not required. Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing leadership roles. Experience leading previous ERP upgrade projects. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, which the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
