You are:
A ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Manager ready to take on new challenges. As industries head towards Manufacturing and Factory Digitalization, MES stand in the center of manufacturing excellence.
The Work:
+ Work with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements
+ Extensive functional and technical expertise in Opcenter Execution MES (Camstar)
+ Lead the Solution Design, development, documentation, and implementation of Opcenter Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
+ Produce/review functional and technical specifications
+ Suggest/evaluate system architecture options
+ Proficient in integrating Opcenter Execution MES with external systems (such as ERP, PLM, Plant Floor systems etc.) using Opcenter Connect MOM, with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience
+ Estimate and plan project work
+ Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and vendors on configuration/development of system components
+ Workflow or program the solution components, configuration/development of solutions using Databases (SQL Server, Oracle etc.) and programming skills (such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, bootstrap, HTML5)
+ Prepare and execute test plan
+ Create and execute cutover plans
+ Help on training and change management activities
+ Provide application support services
Job Requirements:
+ Travel to California will be required for this role, approximately 30% on-site will be required, however the amount of travel may vary depending on business need and client requirements.
Heres what you Need:
+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years); or an Associates Degree with 6 years of work experience.
+ 5+ years of experience with Siemens Opcenter CAMSTAR MES technology
+ 3+ years of experience in consulting or technical advisory role with MES solutions
Bonus points if you have:
+ Workflow or program the solution components in MES/MOM platforms.
+ 7+ years of experience in one or more Manufacturing Shop floors systems
+ 7+ years of exposure to manufacturing process
+ 3+ years knowledge & experience with Siemens Mendix Development Platform
+ Configuration/development experience of solutions using databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
+ Experience with programming languages (such as C#, .Net, JavaScript, bootstrap, HTML5)
+ Understanding of reference architectures such as ISA95 and ISA88
+ Experience with software development lifecycle
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
