What We Need From You: High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age.At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility.Must be (or be willing to start) pursuing a CDA (Child Development Associate) or a degree in the field.
