This is the job for you!Humble Hearts Academy Preschool & Infant Center is looking for a passionate Infant/toddler Teacher to join our incredible team.We have both part-time and full-time positions open, Your hours would be anywhere between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING:
  • Create and deliver lesson plans, implement school curriculum, and assess developmental needs of students.
  • Maintain a clean, healthy and safe environment.
  • Communicate positively with students, parents and staff.
  • Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the school, and collective/individual interest of its staff and student body.
  • Serve and monitor meals
  • Assist children with personal needs such as diaper changing, potty training, hand washing
  • Supervise children during nap time
  • Assisting with any duties as needed by the program such as dishes, cleaning, and laundry
WHATS REQUIRED:
  • Pass a background check
  • Up to date on immunizations
  • Negative TB test
  • High School diploma required. AA in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • 12 ECE units OR minimum of 6 ECE units and currently enrolled in ECE courses
  • Must be willing to change diapers and potty train
  • Ability to stand up and sit on the ground for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
