The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a licensed Nurse Practitioner to serve as the Infection Control Coordinator for the Division of Developmental Disabilities, State Operated Developmental Centers (SODC) located in Kankakee, Illinois. The incumbent will monitor the review of all suspected and proven infections, develop and review facility Infection Control policies and procedures and provide clinical advice and guidance to treatment staff on the implementation of infection control procedures. Essential Functions Serves as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) and the Infection Control Coordinator for the Division of Developmental Disabilities. Assess the health care needs and disability management issues of individuals served within the State Operated Developmental Centers (SODCs).
