Overview:We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our influencer marketing strategies for Studio McGee, Inc. You will be responsible for developing relationships with partners, coordinating campaigns, and tracking performance under the direction of the Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Manager. Key responsibilities include partner communication, campaign management, content monitoring, creator giftings, tracking KPIs, and optimizing influencer and affiliate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.Responsibilities:
- Execute campaigns and partnerships with content creators
- Manage day-to-day partnership marketing activities to meet channel KPIs and customer acquisition goals
- Contribute to growth of our ambassador program through reviewing program applications, new creator outreach, and influencer vetting
- Coordinate influencer product gifting
- Monitor tagged content for brand safety, new partnerships, and UGC opportunities
- Pinpoint new media opportunities by actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers, networks, and trends
- Collaborate with brand marketing and creative teams on influencer UGC content by identifying relevant content creators and coordinating usage
- Support operational planning for gifting, events, and other team-wide initiatives to foster brand love from Studio McGee, Inc.'s influencer community
- Ideate program strategy for product launches, promotional periods, and seasonal campaigns
- Support as needed with affiliate marketing initiatives such as transaction validations, sourcing new partners, and identifying new opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of experience working in the influencer or social media marketing space
- Familiarity with influencer tools and platforms
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of digital and brand marketing trends
