Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Relationship Management:
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
  • Build long-term partnerships with influencers that align with the brand's image, goals, and target audience.
  • Campaign Development and Execution:
  • Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery, ensuring the content aligns with the brand's voice and goals.
  • Collaborate with influencers to produce high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness and conversions.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, monitoring key metrics such as engagement, downloads, transactions and ROI.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign results, using data to optimize future influencer strategies.
  • Influencer Discovery and Trend Analysis:
  • Continuously research and identify emerging influencers and content trends, keeping the brand at the forefront of the influencer marketing space.
  • Analyze competitors' influencer strategies and industry trends to refine and improve our approach.
  • Budget Management and Negotiation:
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets, negotiating contracts and compensation with influencers to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Ensure all influencer agreements align with campaign goals and comply with legal guidelines and brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer culture.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven and ROI mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing influencer campaigns in industries such as sneaker, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
