In this role, you will be based onsite in New York and will be expected to travel to our Philadelphia office to support our businesses with on-and-offsite records management and archiving requirements. You will support compliance with relevant regulations, standards and best practices relating to records and information management, as well as Macquarie Asset Management policies. Additionally, you will work within the Service Desk team to provide efficient and organized user support within agreed response times, while also offering training on system use and contributing to key projects and initiatives globally. Salary range for this position: $95,000-110,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.   • Bachelor's Degree in related field with expertise in the principles and practices of information governance, records management, or a related field, along with experience administering records platform systems
  • Tertiary qualification in information science, library science, archival science, records management, or in a related discipline
  • Experience in the financial services industry with specific experience in a corporate, legal or financial services organization
  • Strong working knowledge of recordkeeping concepts and best practices
  • Good understanding of Americas regulatory requirements relating to information management.
