Information Governance & Records ManagerGlenmont Group is recruiting an experienced Information Governance & Records Manager to lead our law firm client's records management programs. This role reports to the Chief Information Officer and works closely with the General Counsel to ensure best practices for data governance, retention, and security.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electronic and physical records from intake to disposal
- Ensure compliance with retention and security policies
- Collaborate with the General Counsel to develop records management policies
- Manage vendor relationships and records software
- Stay updated on industry best practices and legal requirements
- Lead and train the Information Governance team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information management or related field
- 8+ years of experience, preferably in a law firm
- Supervisory experience required
- Strong understanding of records management systems and regulatory best practices
Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 + competitive benefits and bonuses
