The Information Security Officer (ISO) is a key figure in IT security management, entrusted with safeguarding all aspects of IT security across Sky Chefs' operations. This role is pivotal in implementing and overseeing security measures to protect information assets and ensure compliance with corporate data security policies.

Strategic IT Security Management:

• Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous optimization of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) across the North American and Latin American regions.
• Define and enforce IT security requirements for the organization's IT architecture, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and corporate policies.
• Oversee the identification and mitigation of IT security vulnerabilities, extending support to international locations as needed.

Incident Management&Response:

• Manage the IT Security Incident process, ensuring timely escalation, effective communication, and resolution of security incidents.
• Initiate and lead investigations into suspicious security breaches, providing support for company-wide incident responses.

Security Awareness&Compliance:

• Develop and implement strategies to promote IT security awareness across the organization.
• Ensure the thorough documentation of IT security requirements, including conducting regular risk assessments and audits.
• Lead the completion of all compliance-related IT security documentation, including risk assessments, catalog monitoring, and document audits.

Collaboration&Leadership:

• Serve as the central point of contact for IT security and IT risk management concerns, collaborating with business units, IT teams, and internal/external auditors.
• Lead cross-functional teams on IT security-related projects, including those that span international locations.
• Support IT, business, data, and process owners in implementing IT security requirements effectively.
• Ensure comprehensive communication and reporting of IT security matters to relevant stakeholders and governing bodies.

• Education:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
• Experience:A minimum of five years of IT security experience is essential; certifications such as CISSP or GIAC are highly preferred.

Location Requirement:

• Candidates must be based in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area.

SALARY: The starting base pay for this position ranges from $100,000-$136,000 (lowest geographic market). Base pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible to participate in a full range of medical and wellness benefits on day one of employment.
