This role offers hands-on experience in a range of IT functions, helping to build foundational skills for a career in information technology.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to service requests, and supporting end-users with IT problems.Data Management: Help maintain databases and ensure data integrity, including data entry, updating records, and running reports as needed.System Maintenance: Support the IT team in the maintenance of servers, networks, and other systems, ensuring uptime and functionality.Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for processes, software, and hardware configurations, as well as user guides.Software Installation: Assist in installing and updating software applications, ensuring compatibility and compliance with company standards.Must be a current undergraduate college student or graduate college student. Specific educational focus or degree may be preferred depending on the hosting department of the internship. None required.
