H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking an Information System Security Specialist III to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Code 20 Land Based Test Site Programs. The Information Security Specialist II will provide oversight for all Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) support across all IT and Control systems fielded at NSWCPD Land Based Test Sites. The Information System Security Specialist III responsibilities will include:
- Providing oversight of and backup support to the Information System Security Specialist II in the following areas:
- Assess & Authorize (A&A)/Risk Management Framework (RMF) Package Preparation and Documentation
- Control System CT&E tasking such as troubleshooting the implementation of new security features, troubleshooting implementation of new security features, and ensuring compliance with IACs.
- Vulnerability Asset Management tasking such as conducting ACAS scans, addressing system vulnerabilities to meet system hardening requirements, and participating in system validation testing.
- Remediation tasking such as addressing deficiencies by executing remediation methods.
- Cybersecurity Documentation tasking such as architecture diagrams, software design requirements, network diagrams, analysis of integrated products, life-cycle management analysis, and vulnerability assessment.
- Cybersecurity Desktop Administrative Support tasking such as Configuration Management for software, hardware, etc., troubleshooting user-problems, and installation of new products and improvements.
- Server Administrative Support such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting, resolving, and executing backup of: Linux and Windows Servers/workstations / VMWare/ Hyper-V / SANs / Databases, system monitoring.
Required Education:
- Associates degree, or above, from an accredited college/university in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics, or related technical field.
Required Qualifications / Certifications:

- Minimum five (5) years of cybersecurity experience in eMASS and ACAS or Nessus.
- One (1) of the following Information Assurance Technician (IAT) III level Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) baseline certifications: CISSP, CASP, CISA, GCIH, GCEH, Cisco CCNP- Security
- Possess, or obtain within six (6) months of start date, Microsoft Intermediate level or Linux / Unix OS training.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience providing server and desktop support as indicated above.
Desired Qualifications / Certifications:

- Minimum four (4) years of experience providing RMF A&A Package and Artifact And Documentation support.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience providing cybersecurity analysis, operations support, and administration.
