The Analyst will manage and optimize systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide support for user access and system processes. This role is essential for ensuring that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and securely, serving both operational needs and compliance requirements.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESSystem Management and Support> Support the implementation of new systems and tools, ensuring smooth transitions and integrations with existing platforms> Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to ensure systems meet user requirements.> Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Green Dot's information systems through Nerdfone (Green Dot's centralized help desk), collaborating with IT, IS, and Data & Analytics teams as needed> Monitor system performance, escalate issues, and ensure the efficiency and security of systems across the organization> Assist in the identification and implementation of opportunities for system optimization and improvement> Oversee data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with applicable regulationsNerdfone Operations and Optimization> Serve as a primary point of contact through Nerdfone, for all IS-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution of requests> Respond to and resolve support requests in a timely manner, working closely with IT, IS, and DA teams to provide solutions> Escalate complex issues as needed while ensuring users receive clear communication on issue status and resolution timelines> Analyze support trends and recurring issues to identify areas for improvement and provide proactive supportTraining and Documentation> Develop and deliver training sessions and resources for staff on system updates, new features, and best practices for using technology> Create and maintain documentation, such as user guides and process manuals, to ensure staff are equipped to use Green Dot's systems effectivelyProject Support> Participate in system upgrades, updates, and the implementation of new technologies, collaborating with project teams to ensure smooth transitions> Provide project support as needed to enhance system efficiency and meet the organization's technological needs> Collaborate with Green Dot departments, schools and external vendors to ensure system implementations and upgrades are smooth and meet organizational objectivesQUALIFICATIONSAs an ideal candidate, you:> have a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field (preferred)> have 2+ years of experience in systems support, data management, or IT> are familiar with cloud-based systems and K-12 applications (e.g., PowerSchool, Google Workspace, etc.).> are proficient with database management systems, SQL, and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)> possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail> possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with staff at all levels> are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a collaborative environment> will need to pass a TB test and background check at the time of offerThe information contained herein is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the duties and responsibilities of the job, nor is it intended to be an all-inclusive list of the skills and abilities required to perform the job.COMPENSATIONThe starting salary range for this role is $71,000-$81,000. Please note that candidates who are new to their role or newly promoted can expect offers between the minimum and the mid-point of the range. To allow for salary progression over time, offers at the top of the range are rare.
