Being an Information Systems Support at Devereux has its Advantages

You will provide superior on-site and remote customer service to Devereux team members across Florida, helping to identify and resolve problems along with training staff on technology usage. You will collaborate and communicate with co-workers while troubleshooting and documenting issues and solutions. You will install software and hardware on desktop, laptop, networking and telecommunications systems as well as working on a variety of projects.

The Information Systems Support position provides technical support to staff for hardware including (but not limited to) mobile phones, tablets, laptops, PCs, video conferencing equipment, security cameras and applications such as (but not limited to) Microsoft Office 365, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. This individual will provide support via a ticketing system ensuring quality resolutions. In addition, they will develop technical documentation and conduct trainings for various user groups, and collaborate with a variety of teams to determine needs and translate those into technical outcomes. This position is based in our Orlando office but will travel throughout Florida as needed. This position is also part of a weekend on-call rotation.

Position Details:

Salary: Starts at $19.50 - $26.22 / hr (rate increases based on education and relevant experience)

Schedule: full time

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or Healthcare preferred. Technical certifications will be considered.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in Client Support helpful; Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and problem solving skills. Requires an ability to be adaptable, flexible, and change activities quickly according to business needs.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test
