Location: Houston,TX, USA
The IT Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems are running efficiently and securely. This includes managing networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting any IT-related issues. The IT Admin plays a key role in maintaining and improving the company's technology environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Manage the administration, support, and training for business/customer systems including but not limited to Netsuite, Hubspot, Customer Web Portals, Website backend, Chat services and internal systems
· Train users on newly deployed systems and system enhancements
· Set up new users, update permissions, modify user roles
· Log, track and troubleshoot user reported systems issues
· Assist in deployment of new systems and functionality
· Assist with User Adoption of new programs
· Working with Application Development Team, create documentation, conduct pre and post deployment testing
· Monitor health and performance of business/customer systems and integrations
· Maintain and update documentation for all business systems, their functionality, customizations, integrations, code and user instructions
· Create Netsuite reports, alerts and dashboards
· Assist Director on various projects and department responsibilities
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administration, network management, and systems support.
· Excellent organizational skills
· Creative thinking for sophisticated solution design and issue resolution.
· Excellent, proven interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task, problem solve and think on own feet.
· Being enthusiastic, able to motivate a team to achieve results.
