Co-ops at Etegent get the opportunity to work on projects that make a difference in a wide range of exciting fields. As an Information Technology Co-Op, you'll be working on:
- Assist in the implementation of ITIL framework processes, including incident management, change management and service request management
- Support the documentation and analysis of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in the development and maintenance of the IT service management system
- Collaborate with team members on various IT projects, providing support in planning and execution
- Engage in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues under guidance of senior staff
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance team processes and performance
- Contribute to designing and developing IT reports, diagrams, dashboards and presentations
- Set up and configure computers for end users
- Manage service desk tickets that range in level of tier support
- Utilize IT tools and remote desktop to solve problems and provide support
- Manage/monitor IT asset inventory and tracking Support the testing and validation of solutions

Requirements Responsibilities: At Etegent, co-op students get the opportunity to work closely with our researchers to help develop and implement cutting edge technology. The specific tasks will vary based on the project and the individual's skills, interests, knowledge, and aptitude, but will involve developing innovative solutions to solve customer problems. Required Qualifications:
- Permanent US work authorization without the need for sponsorship now, or in the future (F1 or H1B requires sponsorship in future)
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
- Be currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Preferred fields include Information Management, Information Technology, System Administration, Network Administration and Management Information Systems.
- Ability to work full time (40 hours a week) January 6, 2024, through April.
- Have a passion for a career in technology.

An engineering student working to build a strong foundation in math and engineering/physics fundamentals, and with a true interest in enhancing their academic education through real world application will be a good fit for this position.
