IT Director (IT Management exp req) Responsibilities • Develop and maintain annual operational objectives and responsibilities • Manage network and data security with robust firewalls and intrusion detection • Implement and optimize the firm's technology infrastructure • Oversee service desk operations and resolve break/fix issues • Lead IT special projects and change management initiatives • Direct the Technology and Innovation Committee for new tech adoption • Handle financial and resource budgeting and forecasting • Maintain departmental training and professional development • Manage dashboards and automated reporting systems • Define your strategic vision and implement project management protocols IT Director (IT Management exp req) Qualifications • 5+ years of IT Management (managing a team of at least 2) experience required • 5+ years of implementing enterprise-grade software products experience required • Salesforce Admin or Development experience required • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations required • Networking and firewall management experience required • Project management experience required
