We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Field Technician to join our client's team. In this role, you'll help support tech deployments at different locations. Your tasks will include attending project meetings, checking location compliance, coordinating data, installing printers, verifying network ports, and communicating with both project teams and non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Join regular project meetings and contribute to keep things on track.
- Visit locations to ensure they meet requirements and report any issues.
- Share data with other teams on time to support successful deployments.
- Install and set up printers, test them thoroughly to ensure everything works.
- Check and activate network ports, and work with the network team when needed.
- Communicate clearly with doctors, nurses, project teams, and non-technical staff.
- Manage your own appointments to keep the project moving smoothly.
- Have reliable transportation for traveling to Med Center, clinics, and offices within 20 miles of the hospital.
- Keep project spreadsheets updated and ensure accurate data entry.
- Pay close attention to detail to maintain high accuracy in your work.
- Be flexible with your schedule, starting early or working late when necessary.
- Be available for night shifts if required during the TDR period.
Qualifications:
- Experience in tech deployment, IT support, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for working with diverse teams and non-technical users.
- Good organizational and time management skills to manage appointments.
- A detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate documentation and data entry.
- Flexibility to adapt to project needs and work outside normal hours.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to different locations.
