Title: IT Field Technician

Location: Titusville, FL

Schedule: On-site, 5 days a week

Duration: 3-year contract with possible extensions

Pay Rate: $18-19/h

Overview:

Insight Global is searching for a IT Field Technician to support one of their largest clients in the Titusville area. This technician will be performing tasks such as small site break/fix issues on hardware/software on a daily basis, as well as installation, repair, movement, add/change, and disposal activities as needed. No secret clearance is required, but candidates will need to be able to pass a background screening. Candidates must also be familiar with working in a Windows environment and have past experience troubleshooting IT issues.

Must Haves:

• 1-3 years of experience in IT troubleshooting with hardware and software
• Experience within a Windows environment
• Good communication skills

Plusses:

• Any Windows/IT certifications

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
