Position Summary
Christensen Arms is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead and manage the IT function within our organization. The IT Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, supporting organizational goals, and ensuring the effective implementation of IT policies and procedures to meet the corporate goals and growth of Christensen Arms.
The IT Manager will be responsible for the successful operation of the company's IT infrastructure and systems, including ERP and Manufacturing IT integration. This role will manage a team of three IT staff members, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems that support daily operations, business growth, and efficiency improvements.

What makes you great for this role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- IT Certifications covering technologies such as: Azure, Cisco Meraki, CompTIA A+, Network +, Security +, CISM.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on ERP integrations, infrastructure management, and manufacturing systems.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and IT security best practices.
- Demonstrated success in IT project management, especially in ERP and manufacturing system integrations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
ERP Integrations:
- Oversee and manage the integration, and continuous improvement of the ERP system (Infor Visual experience a big plus) to ensure alignment with business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and real-time updates between ERP and other critical systems.
- Support ongoing enhancements to the ERP system based on changing business needs and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues while working with vendors and consultants as necessary.
Manufacturing IT Integrations:
- Manage the integration of IT systems with manufacturing equipment and software, ensuring seamless data flow between production, inventory, and enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP, and other key software systems.
- Implement and manage automation solutions to improve manufacturing processes and optimize production efficiency.
- Ensure systems are operating efficiently and with minimal downtime in the manufacturing environment.
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, cloud services, and hardware resources.
- Ensure the company's IT infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable to meet growing business demands.
- Lead the implementation of cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure effective management of resources and secure data protection.
Team Management:
- Manage and mentor a team of three IT professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Assign and prioritize tasks to ensure that projects and daily IT operations are completed on time and within budget.
- Foster a collaborative work environment with other departments to align IT goals with business objectives.
Operational Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide daily technical support to ensure smooth operations for all departments.
- Monitor and resolve network, system, and hardware issues in a timely manner.
- Manage incident response and root cause analysis for IT-related disruptions.
