Job Description:

Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, is seeking an experienced Information Technology (IT) Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT department and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology infrastructure and systems within Rallye Motor Company. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, networks, servers, and software systems.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Proactively manage and coordinate technology projects, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions that improve business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Monitor and manage IT budget, making cost-effective decisions to optimize resources.
Salary Range - $130,000 - $175,000 Annually Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and network management.
  • Automotive IT experience preferred, not required
  • Experience with any of the following highly preferred: Meraki Network Environment, Fortigate Firewalls, VeloCloud SD-WAN, Cisco Call Manager/Unity, Google Workspace Administration, Active Directory
  • Strong Project Management background - PMP or similar certification preferred, not required
  • Experience with new construction IT infrastructure design and rollout preferred
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
